Initiate Your Request
Log into your DrDrone account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries back into the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the unit is deactivated and flight logs are cleared.
Shipping Labels
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will perform a diagnostic check to verify the unit's condition; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
